Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl add Clean Simple Eats protein pancake mix, egg whites, and almond milk. Make sure they are well combined. If you want, fold in sugar free chocolate chips.
Step 2
Add 1/4 c of mixture to greased mini waffle maker or griddle. This mixture is good for waffles or pancakes.
Step 3
Once ready, add toppings and sides of choice.
Step 4
These waffles can be enjoyed right away or stored in the fridge if you would like to meal prep.
