Instructions
Step 1
Combine soy sauce, chili garlic sauce, garlic paste, ginger paste, and 1/2 tbsp olive oil in a small bowl or mason jar

Whisk marinade ingredients until well mixed
Step 3
Place beef in a large ziploc bag and pour marinade over
Step 4
Close bag and work marinade around
Step 5
Place in fridge for 4 hours or overnight
Step 6
In a small pan add 1/2 tbsp olive oil over medium heat
Step 7
Add onions, zucchini, and squash to pan and season (I used McCormick salt, pepper, garlic blend)
Step 8
While veggies are sautéing, heat large pan over medium heat then add beef strips
Step 9
Beef cooks quickly so it only need about 1-2 minutes per side; you will have to cook beef in batches
Step 10
Once all beef is cooked, add all back to pan and drizzle the teriyaki sauce
Step 11
Serve over cauliflower rice, regular rice, or eat as is. Enjoy!
