Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 200º and line baking tray with paper
2. Tear up tofu into bite sized pieces and toss in cornstarch and soy sauce. Transfer into baking tray and bake for 30 minutes turning pieces every 10 minutes
3. Dice onion and cut vegetables into bite sized pieces
4. Fry onion and garlic until onion is translucent before adding vegetables and cooking until tender
5. Cook noodles according to instructions and combine all the sauce ingredients together
6. When tofu and noodled are ready, add noodles, tofu and sauce into the frying pan with vegetables and mix to combine
