Ingredients

1 bunchchard
Swiss
0.5onion
chopped
1Potato
large chunks cooked
1can black beans
5black pepper kernels
3cloves
1 tspcumin
1 tspcoriander seeds
salt
to taste
olive oil
turmeric
chili powder
1tomato
chopped
0.5lime
wrap
Instructions
Soup
Step 1
Heat olive oil, add onion and sauté until raw smell is gone
Step 2
Add washed (optional chopped) Swiss chard and sauté. It will cook down after a few minutes of cooking
Step 3
Add boiled potato chunks (can microwave with some water for 5 minutes high) and sauté
Step 4
Add rinsed black beans and mix
Step 5
Add several cups of water (I’m guessing I used 3-4 cups to start)
Step 6
Add turmeric, salt and chili powder
Step 7
Grind the whole spices in a mortal and pestal. Need not be very very fine. Can toast beforehand for toasted spices, I did not and it tasted fine
Step 8
Let everything come to boil. I boiled it for 15-20 minutes
Step 9
Finish with lime when off heat

Toast pita bread (can freeze pita bread until you get to it. I toasted it in toaster oven until it thawed and slightly toasted)

Spread generous amount of hummus

To prepare tofu, drain extra water with a paper towel. Coat in olive oil, salt, and cumin coriander powder and add onto hot tava
Step 13
Make sure tofu cooks well on all sides. Can finish with some lime juice
Step 14
Add to the pita bread, add tabbouleh, chopped veggies
Step 15
Optional: can swap tofu with falafel, can add pomegranate seeds on top
