Instructions
Step 1
Add 1 tbsp oil to a pan and heat it


Step 2
Test the oil by flicking a small drop of water into it from a distance, if it immediately sizzles then its ready.
Step 3
Add the fillet and let cook. Don't flip until about 4mins in, check if it moves easily then flip and cook for another 4mins.


Step 4
When done cooking, take out the fillet and let rest. Turn off the heat.
Step 5
Lay the tortilla flat and assemble the wrap from the middle of the tortilla: add a spoon of sour cream length wise, followed by the pico de gallo and black pepper to taste.



Step 6
Depending on the size of your fillet, either add as is to the wrap or cut length wise in half and add them in the middle of the wrap.

Step 7
Finally, cut the cheese slice in half and Place on top of the fillet length wise

Step 8
Wrap the tortilla by first tucking in one side over and under the ingredients, then roll it. Enjoy!
