Instructions

Step 1
Chop onion. Fry in oil for 5 minutes and then add carrots, zucchini and garlic
Step 2
Add tomatoes with seasonings
Step 3
Cook on medium heat until other components are done
Step 4
Boil water for noodles. Boil noodles until tender
Step 5
Cook ground chicken separately and add to tomato sauce
Step 6
Add ricotta to a large bowl with egg, parsley, sugar, and milk. Whisk together until thick but spreadable consistency
Step 7
Assemble lasagna: sauce, noodles, ricotta, repeat for 3 layers
Step 8
Cook in oven at 375 for 1 hour
