Instructions
Step 1
Combine milk and vinegar in separate bowl and set aside for 5 minutes
Step 2
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt
Step 3
Whisk in the milk, vanilla, egg, and butter to the dry ingredients until combined
Step 4
In a large skillet or pan over medium heat, coat with butter or oil. Pour 1/4 cup full of batter into skillet/pan and book until bubbles form and the edges are firmed, about 2-3 minutes. Flip and cook until browned on other side
