Instructions

Step 1
In a large bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.
Step 2
Make a well in the center and pour in the milk, almond and vanilla extracts, egg and melted butter; mix until smooth.
Step 3
Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium-high heat.
Step 4
Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 14 cup for each pancake.
Step 5
Brown on both sides and serve hot.
