Step 1
Mix together all the dry ingredients

Make a well and mix in the wet ingredients

Beat with a whisk
Step 4
Pour the mixture into a jug

Add oil to your pan and pour in the mix, they do spread so don’t add too much!
Step 6
Once small holes develop on top you can then flip them over
Step 7
Stack them up, add your favourite toppings and enjoy!
