Step 1
Mix your dry ingredients in a bowl and mix in your milk

Separate two yolks from your eggs and add them to your mixture

Whisk the egg whites in a separate bowl until you can hold it upside down without coming out

Slowly mix egg whites into the batter

Add oil to a pan and wait for it to heat up

Add some mixture to the pan and place a lid over it so it cooks all through

Flip when the pancakes bubble and look dry
