2 cupscoconut creamed spinach
from previous recipe

Red Snapper fillet

5 ouncesramen noodles

1 teaspooncalamansi juice
or lime

salt
to taste

lemon pepper
to taste

Dried red pepper
shredded, optional
Instructions
Step 1
Season the snapper fillet with salt and lemon pepper. Sear flesh side down. Flip when browned and sear skin side until cooked. Set aside.
Step 2
Reheat the creamed spinach in a pan or microwave and put in a bowl.
Step 3
Cook the ramen noodles on boiling water. Once cooked drain the noodles and add to bowl with creamed spinach. Mix well.
Step 4
Place the dressed noodles in a plate or bowl. Top with the red snapper. Add the calamansi or lime juice on top of both the fish and noodles. Garnish with dried shredded red pepper. Enjoy while warm.
