Instructions

Step 1
Peel the garlic and crush each clove.
Step 2
1. Combine all the ingredients except VINEGAR and WATER in a sauce pot, mix well and marinate at least 1 hr or more.

2. Cook in a high heat until brown in color of the meat, mix once in a while for uniform browning of the meet.

3. Add the WATER and VINEGAR, let it boil, then adjust heat to simmering until the meat is tender. (Do not mix after adding the VINEGAR for at least 5 minutes to avoid raw taste of the Vinegar.) Mix once in a while to cook the meat uniformly.

4. Cook until oil comes out and fry the meat in its own oil until your desired doneness.
Step 6
5. Transfer into a serving plate and now ready to eat.
