Ingredients

2 lbsground beef

1sweet onion
diced

4 tablespoonsminced garlic

5 cupsBeef Broth

1 x 15 ozcan diced tomatoes

1can tomato paste

1 ½ teaspoonsitalian seasoning

1 teaspoonseasoned salt

1 teaspooncrushed red pepper

1 teaspoonblack pepper

½ teaspoonsalt

8 ozsliced mushrooms

½ cupparmesan cheese

1bay leaf

3 tablespoonsolive oil

1 lbspaghetti noodles
Instructions
Step 1
Saute onions in olive oil and cook 3-4 minutes. Add garlic, continue to cook for 3 minutes.
Step 2
Add ground beef to onions and cook until the meat is done. Do not drain off fat.
Step 3
Mix 3 cups of beef broth with one can tomato paste, mix well. Pour over beef.
Step 4
Add remaining ingredients but set aside 2 cups of the beef broth for later.
Step 5
Bring to a boil, and then reduce heat to medium low and simmer 4-6 hours. Or pressure cook for 20 minutes and release naturally.
Step 6
Break spaghetti noodles in half and put in the sauce. Bring back up to a boil and cook noodles until tender. Add extra beef broth as needed. You will need to stir often. The sauce should thicken up as the pasta cooks.
