Instructions

Step 1
Fry garlic paste, green chillies and onion in some oil until soft and translucent
Step 2
Add the vegetables and stir fry on high heat for 2 mins
Step 3
Add all the spices and sauces mentioned above
Step 4
Add 500g boiled and shredded chicken and mix till fully combined
Step 5
Add 1 cup Cheddar cheese
Step 6
Set the mixture aside to cool down before putting in spring roll pastry sheet
Step 7
Make paste with plain flour and water so it is pva glue consistency. This will help bind the pastry sheets together
Step 8
Lay the sheet diagonally, add 1-1.5 tbsp chicken mix per roll, fold the triangle flap and the sides and roll tightly until you reach the triangle at the end and use the paste to bind it all together. This mixture makes 30 spring rolls.
Step 9
Deep fry it until golden or brush some oil and fry in air fryer for 15 mins
