Instructions

Step 1
Start broiler on high. Pop in sourdough toast with a layer of Parmesan cheese and garlic powder. Let bake for 2-4 min until crispy.
Step 2
Wash and chop all vegetables and fruit into similar size - perhaps 1/2 thick or large. Toss into a large bowl. (1 head lettuce, 1 spring onion, 6 radishes, 2 small avocados, 1 apple, 1 orange, 1 jalapeño)
Step 3
In a separate bowl mix 4 tbsp balsamic vinegar and 2 tbsp grey poupon mustard. Pour over salad and mix until coated. A little goes a long way!
Step 4
Serve and enjoy.
