Instructions

Step 1
Heat a dry frying pan and toast 45g pumpkin seeds until they begin to pop, then set aside.
Step 2
Heat 1 Tablespoon olive oil in a pan. Add 6 tomatoes roughly chopped, and cook until they begin to break down. Add 1x90g tub olives and simmer for a few minutes.
Step 3
Meanwhile, cook 1 x 500g pack tagliatelle following pack instructions. Drain the pasta and stir into the tomatoes and olives. Tear 1x125g pack basics Mozarella cheese ball, drained, into pieces and add to the past along with the pumpkin seeds and 1/2 x 28g pack fresh basil leaves, torn. Serve immediately.
