Instructions

Step 1
In large pan boil the pasta until al dente and set aside
Step 2
In the same pan , on medium heat at the oil and allow it to get hot
Step 3
Add the onions , shallot and butter and sauté; once they begin to brown add the garlic and lower heat to low . Cook for another 3-4 minutes until nice & brown ( don’t burn)
Step 4
Add the shrimp and the pasta water ; cover and allow the shrimp to steamed until it’s cooked !
Step 5
Add the pasta, then lime zest, lime juice, Parmesan and toss . Add the cilantro , more parm and little butter if you want.
Step 6
Plate and serve feel free to garnish with green onion and/or red pepper chili flakes. Enjoy
