Spicy chili oil noodles

Spicy Noodles. Not to brag but this was SO good!! The BEST Spicy Noodles recipe I’ve made! First, if you haven’t already, save my chili oil recipe because you’ll need it for this recipe. I’m using Muzuki brand noodles and I highly recommend this one because it’s got a nice bounce and chewiness to it and it’s PERFECT for this dish. Also second recommendation is Sweetened Black Vinegar. I bought this bottle at H Mart and I haven’t seen it anywhere else nor have I seen sweetened black vinegar. If you can’t get it, use black vinegar and a pinch of sugar.

Instructions

Step 1
Boil noodles for about 4 minutes or according to the package you bought. In a bowl, add the chicken bouillon, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic and chili oil. Add cooked noodles and mix together. Top with green onions.
