0.5 headpurple cabbage

1chicken breast

1green bell pepper

1white onion

4 clovesgarlic

2 Tbspcurry powder

¼ tspcayenne pepper powder

2 tspsalt

2 tsppepper

3 Tbspground mustard

Dough
Step 1
Starting with dough mixture mix flour and salt in a bowl. Add water and the egg white to bowl mix with fingers it should turn out shaggy. Loose flour is okay lay flour out onto counter and knead dough till smooth. Then roll out into log and put into a plastic bag to rest while you make the filling.
Filling

Boil chicken breast till cooked. Once chicken is cooked add cabbage, diced onion and bell pepper. Once onion and bell pepper are soft add mixture to a food processor. Add the mustard, pepper, salt, curry powder, cayenne pepper powder, and garlic.
Sauce
Step 3
In a sauce skillet add butter once butter is melted add flour cook for 1 minute add milk 1 cup at a time stirring and allowing it to thicken add sour cream, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, curry powder and cayenne pepper powder.
Final step
Step 4
Take rested dough and cut into 48 equal peices. Roll each peice into a flat circle with a small spoon place filling into center of circle. Fold in half and press edges together bring the outside corners together. Place into boiling water and boil 3-6 minutes or until done. Add done dumplings to sauce and enjoy!
