Instructions

Step 1
Prepare pasta or use store bought. Boil water in salted pot!

If using chicken, preheat oven to 425

Sauté seasoned chicken for a few minutes on each side on high in oil olive then cook in oven until 165 (about 10 min)

While things are sautéing, whisk garlic, goat cheese, a dash of yogurt, herbs, sun dried tomatoes and spices. Squeeze lemon for tartness

Deglaze chicken pan. Add chicken water to cheese garlic sauce
Step 6
Cut and sauté asparagus until tender but still firm
Step 7
Wilt spinach
Step 8
Combine all ingredients - adjust seasonings to taste
