Instructions
Step 1
Whisk together milk and vinegar in a large bowl. Let sit for 5-10 minutes.

While the milk sits, whisk together the dry ingredients in a medium bowl.

When milk is ready, whisk in extracts, maple syrup, eggs, and melted butter.

Tip dry mix into wet mix and gently combine.

Let batter sit in the fridge for 30 minutes to an hour.

Toward the end of the resting time, preheat a skillet on medium heat. Grease with butter when hot.
