Instructions

Step 1
Mash Bananas in a Large mixing bowl

Add in the two eggs and 1 tsp vanilla extract and mix

Add in 1/2 cup of oats and 1 tsp of cinnamon

turn nonstick pan to medium heat

use a 1/2 cup as a scooper for your mix

1/2 cup at a time cook the pancakes. 1-2 minutes on each side.

serve with delicious maple syrup
