Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2
Prepare a 9x13 baking dish by spraying it with cooking spray or giving it a little grease.
Step 3
Cook the boxed rice according to package instructions. During the last 5 minutes of cooking, add in the green pepper, carrots, and onion.
Step 4
Add the cream of chicken soup and sour cream. Stir to combine.
Step 5
Add the chicken breast and black pepper. Remove from heat.
Step 6
Pour contents into your prepared baking dish. Sprinkle cheese overtop. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes and serve immediately.
