Instructions
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 180C/355F and grease and/or line a cupcake tin.
Step 2
In a mixing bowl, add your almond meal, protein powder, coconut sugar, flaxseed and raising agents, stirring until combined.
Step 3
Add in your egg, applesauce and milk, stirring with your dry ingredients until just combined.
Step 4
Pour the batter into your tins.
Step 5
Bake your muffins for 15-20 minutes.
Step 6
The muffins will keep for 3-4 days in an airtight container in the fridge (glazed or unglazed) or months if frozen (simply freeze in an airtight ziplock bag and defrost as needed).
