Step 1
Heat the oil in a wok over a high heat, add the pork and fry for 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove from the wok with a slotted spoon and transfer to a warm plate.
Step 2
Add the chilli, ginger, garlic and spring onions to the pan and fry for a couple of minutes until softened. Add the remaining vegetables, fry for a couple of minutes then return the pork to the pan. Add the soy sauce, sesame seeds and honey and cook for a couple of minutes until the pork is glazed. Transfer to a bowl to serve.
