Step 1
Heat 2tblsp Vegetable oil in a 12in pan on medium high heat until hot. Add the Chopped vegetable and flour and water mixture to pan. Spread mixture out in pan evenly. Cook on medium heat for aprox 1min or until brown. Flip the Pancake then underneath the Pancake add 1 more tblsp of oil. Cook until brown.
