50gharissa paste

5garlic cloves
minced

1 tsppaprika

½ tspcrushed chilli flakes

1 ½ Tbspextra virgin olive oil

unsalted butter

coriander
finely chopped

pasta water

200gspaghetti

black pepper

Instructions
Step 1
On a medium heat, heat the oil in a frying pan. Add minced garlic, chilli flakes, and coriander. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Add the harissa paste, butter and paprika, stir to combine. Add cooked pasta and water and mix well. Allow to simmer for further 1-2 minutes. Seasin and enjoy.
