1onion
small

1 tablespoonolive oil

2 cupswinter squash
cooked, mashed

1 cupchicken broth

2 cupscoconut oil
from the box, or lite canned

1 teaspooncoriander seed ground

2 teaspoonscumin
ground

½ teaspooncardamom
ground

½ teaspoonturmeric
ground

1 teaspoonsalt

½ teaspoonpepper

1 teaspoongarlic powder

½ teaspoonginger root powder

¼ teaspoonpaprika
Instructions
Step 1
Chop onion and saute in olive oil over low heat.
Step 2
Add remaining ingredients and bring to a simmer. (If the squash is not cooked you can simmer until it is thoroughly cooked.)
Step 3
Simmer 45 minutes. Use an immersion blender to make it smooth.
