Instructions

Step 1
Put the chickpeas in a food processor and beat once, then add ice and beat again until it is completely mashed.
Step 2
Add the tahini, lemon juice, half the amount of olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper and cumin, and beat in the food processor until the ingredients are completely mixed.
Step 3
Place the chickpeas in a bowl and stir with diced tomatoes, diced pickled cucumber and chopped parsley, then transfer to a serving plate.
Step 4
Decorate with the rest of the olive oil and cumin oil and serve cold with pita bread.
