Instructions

Step 1
Peel the garlic cloves and cut tomatoes and green chilis into smaller bits (no need to chop too small as you don’t want the dip to be creamy)
Step 2
Add the garlic, chili and tomatoes to a blender, followed by the lime juice and salt. Blend quickly, leaving a chunky consistency
Step 3
Add 2tbsp of crunchy peanut butter. Pulse (or quickly blend) to incorporate and serve! Buon appetito
