Maple Bacon Protein Donuts

These baked donuts are a great breakfast treat. My kids love them plain, but you can add the glaze and bacon for a more flavorful dish!

Ingredients

Donuts
1 cupoats
blended into flour
1 cupalmond flour
⅓ cupbrown sugar
1 scoopprotein powder
2 tspbaking powder
salt
½ cupoat milk
or almond milk
2eggs
1 Tbspolive oil
or avocado oil
1 Tbspmaple syrup
1 tspvanilla

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375F
Step 2
Mix dry ingredients in small bowl.
Step 3
In separate bowl, mix wet ingredients.
Step 4
Combine dry with wet. Mix.
Step 5
Spray donut molds with avocado oil. Fill molds with batter. Should make 12 donuts.
Step 6
Bake for 9-12 minutes. Let cool completely before adding toppings.
Step 7
Make glaze by combining powdered sugar, oat milk, maple syrup, and vanilla. Cook bacon and crumble into small pieces. Top donuts with glaze and bacon pieces. Enjoy!
