Step 1
Open salmon can. Lightly drain. Place in bowl. Discard skin and bones.
Step 2
Add remaining ingredients. Mix well.
Step 3
Pour oil in skillet approximately 1/2 inch high. Oil must be HOT (place a dab of mixture in oil, and once it floats, your oil is ready). Turn burner down to medium heat.
Step 4
Form mixture into flat patties about the size of burgers. Let patties fry for approximately 3 minutes, or until golden brown. Flip. Fry an additional 2 minutes, or until done. Remove patties from skillet, and place them on a paper towel laden plate. Serve.
