Step 1
Rinsing chicken under running water. Cut the meat into thin strips. Put the strips in a bowl pour everything with soy sauce. Place to marinate in the refrigerator for 15 min.

Cut vegetables into thin strips; slice an onions.

Fry prepared vegetables in olive oil for 5 min.

Add chicken strips with soy sauce to vegetables. Stir and simmer for 10 min.

Place the rice noodles in a bowl. Pour boiling water over it and let stand for 5 min.

Drain and rinse the rice noodles.

Add rice noodles to chicken with vegetables, mix everything well. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Or toast the sesame seeds in a dry pan(no oil), stirring often with a wooden spoon, until the seeds are fragrant and golden brown.
