Instructions
Step 1
Onions, ginger & garlic. Sautee for a few minutes. Until soft.
Step 2
Blended to a fine paste with a splash of water.
Step 3
Paste back into pan and cook 2 mins until browned.
Step 4
Add 1 tsp turmeric and 3tsp madras curry powder, and a pinch of salt. Cook 2 mins.
Step 5
Add either 1/2 tin tomatoes or 2 medium tomatoes chopped. Cook for 2 mins.
Step 6
Add potato and cook for 5 mins.
Step 7
Add raw chicken peices. Cook for 2 mins.
Step 8
Add coconut milk. Bring to the boil then reduce heat to minimum.
