Step 1
Mix all dry ingredients together. Add milk and egg. Combine to a smooth batter. Add the melted butter at the end. Let sit for 30 min.
Step 2
Pre-heat pan to medium heat. Add some oil (optional: add apple slices). Add 1/2 cup of batter for each pancake and bake until golden. Flip and bake again until golden.
