Ingredients

1 cupplant milk

1frozen banana

1 Tbspalmond butter

1 scoopprotein powder
I used hemp powder

½ cupoats

ice
Sprinkle flax meal
optional
Instructions
Step 1
1. Add all of the soft ingredients to your blender (milk, protein powder, and oats). Blend well.
Step 2
Then add all of the hard ingredients into your blender (banana, almond butter, and ice). Blend until thick and creamy.
Step 3
Sprinkle with flax seed (optional). Enjoy!
