DOUGH
Step 1
Roll out pie dough onto flowered surface. Cut into circles (11-12 cm) and place in muffin tins. (dock the dough sides and bottoms) line with a few raisins in each.
FILLING
Step 2
In a medium bowl, lightly beat eggs. Beat in all filling ingredients very well. Stir in fruit and nuts. Fill shells about 2/3

Bake on bottom rack 375-400°F for 20-35 minutes
