Instructions
Step 1
In a large saucepan add beef stock and bring to the boil

meanwhile place mince, egg, rice crumbs, cheese, milk, parsley, bacon, salt and pepper in a bowl and mix well with clean hands until all ingredients are well combined.

Shape mixture into small balls, walnut sized, and immerge in boiling beef stock.

Simmer for 25 minutes covered

Add extra half litre of water bring to the boil
Step 6
Add spiral pasta and cook further 8 to 10 minutes add more salt if desired
Step 7
Garnish with basil to serve
