Instructions
Step 1
Cut tomatoes in 2.
Step 2
Fine-cut onion, carrots and garlic.
Step 3
Fry the onion in the oil. Add garlic and tomato sauce, and let fry.
Step 4
Add carrots, tomatoes water, bay leaves and cube spice.
Step 5
Cook on low heat for ca 20 minutes.
Step 6
Cook the pasta.
Step 7
Add the shrimp, remove the bay leave. Add pepper and salt.
Step 8
Remove water from the pasta and add it to the stew. Squeeze the lime in the sauce and mix.
Step 9
Serve with ruccola.
