Instructions
Step 1
in a pot, over medium high heat, cover bottom with oil, add onion, garlic, ginger and jalapeño. and let cook for 5 minutes mixing with wooden spoon until fragrant

to make rice fast. in a bowl add 2 cups or rice and was it under cold water until water runs clear, strain and add 4 more cups of water and place into microwave in microwave safe bowl and cook for 22 minutes
