Instructions

Step 1
Whisk together 1 table spoon of the oil, garlic and 1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes in a bowl; add shrimp and toss to coat.
Step 2
Add remaining oil in a skillet heat over high heat. Add shrimp and cook until pink,2 -3 minutes. Transfer to a bowl.
Step 3
heat the same skillet over medium heat, add ginger cook for 30nseconds,add the mushroom, onion, bell pepper, string beans and remaining red pepper flakes, add salt to taste cook until vegetables are crisp-tender, add the shrimp now and give it a toss to combine. Serve hot
