Instructions
Step 1
Mix berries and icing sugar. Preheat oven to 180°C. Prepare 12 large muffin cups.
Step 2
Beat together egg, milk and oil in a medium bowl. Add in whole wheat flour.
Step 3
Sift together the remaining ingredients and add to bowl. Stir just to blend.
Step 4
Fold in berries with as few strokes as possible and transfer to muffin cups.
Step 5
Bake for 20 minutes.
