Instructions
Step 1
Heat oil in a large Dutch (or large pot) oven over medium-high heat
Step 2
Add turkey, onion, garlic, cumin, oregano, salt and cayenne pepper.
Step 3
Cook, stirring occasionally, 8 to 10 minutes or until onion is tender and turkey is no longer pink.
Step 4
Stir in beans, salsa and broth; bring to a boil.
Step 5
Reduce heat to medium
Step 6
Cover and simmer 20 minutes.
