Instructions
Step 1
Heat the oven at 170 degrees.
Step 2
Clean the veggies and cut them in squares.
Step 3
Add them in a bowl and mix with the spices., and the sunflower seeds.
Step 4
Lay the vegetables on an oven-tray with baking paper on. Lay the fish on top and drizzle salt and pepper on it. Top with a bit of oil.
Step 5
Bake at 170degrees for 25 minutes or until done. Spread some parsley leaves on top 2 minutes before putting the oven off.
Step 6
Eat as it is or with cooked rice.
