Instructions
Step 1
Mix glaze ingredients together and set aside. If too thick can add a little more milk
Step 2
Mix together Fritter dough ingredients in a separate bowl (don't mix with glaze lol)
Step 3
Preheat oil for frying (she doesn't give a temp)
Step 4
Prep your apples (peel, core, dice into little pieces). Combine fruit with the cinnamon and sugar into a pot on the stove and cool until fruit is softened.
Step 5
Add 1/4 c butter to oil.
Step 6
Mix apples into fritter batter
Step 7
Drop batter by the spoonful into the hot oil and cook until browned on all sides
Step 8
remove to a cooling rack with paper towels underneath (to catch oil and glaze)
Step 9
Drizzle glaze over fritters and enjoy
