Step 1
Boil a pan of lightly salted water and add the pasta. Cook for 12 minutes until al dente.

Meanwhile, add a few sprays of fry light to a heated frying pan, and add the onion and chilli. Cook for around 5 minutes until softened.

Add the tomato puree, oregano, paprika, chilli powder and chopped tomatoes and simmer on a medium heat for around 5 minutes, stirring every few minutes.

Then add the pepperoni and parsley and heat through for around 2 minutes.

Drain the pasta when cooked and add to the sauce. Stir through and serve with extra parsley on top.
