Step 1
Chop carrots and potatoes and add to pot with olive oil. Next add chopped onion, celery, and zucchini. Start to sautée, slowly pour in broth to keep vegetables moist. Mince dill, rosemary, and garlic and add to pot with veggies. Add in chopped tomatoes and frozen peas. Once all veggies are soft, pour in broth and bring to a boil. Salt and pepper for taste and enjoy!
