For Meat

1rotisserie chicken

1 packetTaco seasoning
preferably chicken taco but any will work

chili powder
to taste

oregano
to taste

garlic powder
to taste
For Tacos
Instructions
Step 1
Shred entire chicken. Place meat directly into pan.
Step 2
Mix taco seasoning with 3/4 cup water. Pour into chicken & mix well
Step 3
While heating, put approximately 1 cup of vegetable oil into frying pan over medium hear. Test oil with a piece of shredded cheese to make sure it’s ready.
Step 4
Take 1 corn tortilla placing approximately 2 tbsp cheese. Top with chicken until about 1/4 filled. Don’t overfill!
Step 5
Fold into taco shape, and using tongs, place bottom if taco into oil. Hold there for approximately 10-15 seconds, then lie on one side. Fry for about 45 seconds on one side, then flip to the other.
Step 6
Remove from oil draining excess oil back into pan. Place on a baking sheet or plate with paper towels.
Step 7
Repeat steps 4-6 until all meat is gone.
