Step 1
Combine the oats, milk, and water in a pot over medium heat. Bring to a simmer, stirring frequently. cook until the oats begin to soften and the liquid thickens, about 7 minutes. remove from heat.
Step 2
Stir in cinnamon, dates, cacao nibs until evenly distributed and chocolate is melted.
