Step 1
In a bowl, mix 1/2 cup of yogurt with 2 tablespoons of chia seeds
- Cover the mixture and place in the fridge overnight or for couple hours for your chia seeds to soak up enough liquid.
- After your chia seeds is well soaked, puree half cup of your raspberries and cover the top of the chia pudding.
- Add the remaning half cup of raspberies as topping
- Place your mint leave on top your rasperries to beautify the whole thing :)
- Enjoy as breakfact, snak or dessert.
